💗 First Pair Confidence Guarantee

Trying Lily Pads for the first time? If you’re not completely happy with your first pair, we’ll refund you - no need to send it back. It’s our way of giving you peace of mind while trying something new.

🌿 Returns on Unworn Items

For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

✨ Faulty Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, email us at hello@lily-pads.com within 14 days with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund.
