2.3. Our products are intended for personal use only and should not be resold without prior written consent.

3. Orders and Payment

3.1. All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock limitations.

3.2. Prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice.

3.3. Accepted payment methods include credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express), PayPal, and Afterpay.

3.4. Orders are processed upon receipt of full payment. If payment is declined, the order will not be confirmed.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1. We offer shipping within Australia and selected international destinations. We aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 business days of payment confirmation.

4.2. Delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier, and unforeseen circumstances. Estimated delivery times are provided at the checkout and website.

4.3. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery destination and order size.

4.4. Lily Pads is not responsible for delays caused by customs, holidays, or incorrect shipping addresses. Customers are encouraged to double-check their details before placing an order.

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1. Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective.

5.2. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@lily-pads.com within 14 days of delivery.

5.3. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

5.4. Refunds or replacements will be processed upon inspection of the returned product. Refunds may take up to 14 business days to appear in your account.

6.2. Lily Pads is not responsible for damage caused by improper washing, drying, or storage.

  • Pecuniary losses, such as loss of income, revenue, or profits,
  • Loss of business, contracts, anticipated savings, or goodwill,
  • Wasted management or administrative time,
  • Any other loss or damage of any kind, arising from tort (including negligence), breach of contract, or otherwise, even if foreseeable.

These limitations apply to any claims arising out of your use of or inability to use Lily Pads' products or services, even if you have advised Lily Pads of the possibility of such losses or damages.

If any part of this limitation of liability is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, then Lily Pads' total liability for any claims arising in such circumstances shall not exceed a maximum of ten Australian dollars (AUD $10) in total.

9. Refund Policy

At Lily Pads, we are committed to providing high-quality products designed with your needs in mind. However, due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we maintain the following refund and exchange policy:

a. Eligibility for Refunds or Exchanges:

Refunds or exchanges are only available for items that are unopened and unused.
Requests for refunds or exchanges must be made within 30 (thirty) days of the purchase date.

b. Conditions for Returns:

Products must be in their original, unopened and undamaged packaging.

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of any opened or used products.

c. Process for Refunds or Exchanges:

To initiate a refund or exchange, contact us at hello@lily-pads.com within the eligible timeframe.

Approved returns will receive instructions on how to return the item.

d. Refund Timeline:

Refunds will be processed within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.

Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method.

e. Shipping Costs:

All shipping costs, including the cost of returning any products, are the responsibility of the customer. Lily Pads does not cover shipping fees for returns, exchanges, or replacements under any circumstances. Customers are encouraged to review their orders carefully before finalising the purchase to avoid unnecessary shipping expenses.

We appreciate your understanding and adherence to this policy, as it ensures the health and safety of all our customers. 

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from or related to this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
